Standard Hawaii & U.S Shipping

ALL ORDERS are shipped through USPS with an approximate delivery time of 5-15 business days. Unexpected delays may occur which Eternal Summer Hawaii has no control over and is not responsible for. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Eternal Summer Hawaii is NOT responsible for items that are stolen or lost after USPS has deemed packaged as "Delivered". 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using different courier services, depending on your location. If you have a specific courier that you would like to use, please contact eternalsummerhawaii@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Unexpected delays may occur which Eternal Summer Hawaii has no control over and is not responsible for. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We charge a flat fee of $6 for all returns for a refund

We accept returns for refund on full priced purchases within 14 days of receiving your package (14 days from postmarked date). All items must be unworn/unwashed and returned in original packaging. Items ON SALE or marked "All sales final" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Original shipping fees at purchase are non-refundable & a flat-rate $6 return shipping fee is paid by the customer (these fees will be deducted from your refund). 

To start a return, email hello@eternalsummerhawaii.com with your full name and order number. Include the items that you would like to return & your reason for returning. We will contact you shortly to verify your order & return request. 

If the package does not meet the return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the returned item and are not responsible for additional shipping fees back. 

We offer FREE exchanges or returns for store credit

We accept exchanges & returns for store credit within 30 days of receiving your package (30 days from postmarked date). All items must be unworn/unwashed and returned in original packaging. Items marked "All sales final" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To request an exchange or return for store credit, email hello@eternalsummerhawaii.com with your full name and order number. Include the items that you would like to return & what item you'd like to exchange for. We will contact you shortly to coordinate your exchange or return for store credit.
